Shared Apartment: This is the perfect location!!! Seeking an awesome and clean roommate to rent a room in this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. This space has a large living room, a large bedroom and bath, spacious dining, and a large balcony. On-site we have a pool w/ lounge area, gym, and washer & dryer just steps from the front door.

Set in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, and just a two min walk to Ventura Blvd, which boasts an assortment of shops and dining... this place is centrally located to everything: Pavilions, Trader Joes, dining, cocktails, billiards, juicery, dry cleaning, gym, bank, Archlight theatre, mall, target, post office, and various boutique shops to name a few. There is quick access to the 101 and 405 freeways.

Rent is $1250 utilities are not included. $1250 deposit and credit check are required to move in. Small, pets are considered, unfortunately. I ask that you are gainfully employed, respectful, and easy-going. Must be local. Overnight guests are cool, but I only need one roommate, so no long-term guests.

I'm a laidback male that works full-time in the entertainment industry. I ask that you are clean and respectful of the common areas. A min. of 6-month, but longer preferred. Rent is due on the 25th of each month
