Hey everyone!
Bedroom with large closet and lots of natural light available in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apt. Rent is $800 and security deposit is $800. This is a month to month lease!
The current occupants in the other two rooms are me (25 years old, work in entertainment, currently working from home) and another woman (26 years old, actor working from home). We are both fully vaccinated. Looking ideally for another woman/non-binary individual in their 20s/30s, please feel free to reach out if you’re interested!
Located in Sherman oaks right off of Ventura Blvd., with easy access to the 101, 405 and the canyons. We have plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, as well as a CVS and a brand new Pavilions.
Parking spot is tandem and shared between the 3 of us but street parking usually isn’t a problem. Laundry is available in the building, with a couple washers and dryers on each floor, they all take quarters but also operate using an app! There is a pool and hot tub which are both open and enforcing social distancing measures.
