Roommate Needed for Rare 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom

Seeking Roommate to fill a private bedroom in our amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for October 1st move in. We have historically been a tight community of women in our 20s and 30s who have lived at this property for 3 years, and recently had a shift due to roommates moving out to live with their boyfriends. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay long-term so we can build the same sense of community, but am open to a short-term stay. I am asking for no pets or service animals.

~One leaser who rents out the rooms to sub-leasers (you and one other person).
~Apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom.
~Very safe quiet residential street on a culdesac.
~All roommates must be screened by both myself and the other roommate who will be moving in October 1st.
~There is a roommate agreement that we all sign to ensure optimal and effective communication for an ideal living situation.
~All joint expenses split 3 ways including $25 internet, electricity, and basic household items.
~Amazing in-unit laundry.
~Your room is carpeted, spacious, with a sliding mirrored closet door and professional built ins.

I work at home as a therapist and am ideally looking for a roommate who works outside of the home due to needing quiet during working hours. We like to drink a glass of wine and be physically active.
