Looking for Roommate for 2-bed 2-bath Space

Accommodation: Apartment is 2-bed 2-bath + Work den; looking for roommate to rent 1 of the bedrooms with attached personal bathroom. Apartment is hard "wood" flooring besides the bedrooms which are clean/new carpet. Kitchen and living room will be shared space (must be kept clean!). Apartment complex has code/call box to enter so it is secure and safe! Apartment complex has courtyard that includes BBQ station, pool, and seating area. Bedroom/bath accommodation comes with 1 parking spot. Unit has AC. Asking $1,100 for rent per month and $500 for security deposit!

Looking for: Someone who is clean and nice! No preference on gender and would prefer someone 18-32 years old.

What I'm like: Hello! Im 24, female, and my name is Beverly. I work a lot and currently working remotely (on my laptop). I have a Sphynx cat (he's hairless) and he's quite friendly. He will roam freely throughout the apartment and will most likely follow you around so if you do not want him in your room just close the door! I'm pretty clean and very welcoming. I'll bring basic furniture such as a couch, dining table, etc. from my last apartment.
