We have 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms in a spacious 3-story townhouse in Sherman Oaks (two rooms with two en-suite baths on the 1st floor, the common area on the 2nd floor, and one room + one bath on the 3rd floor), The remodeled kitchen with new stainless appliances and living room are on the 2nd floor. Washer and dryer are also located on the 2nd floor. There is a central A/C and heater for the entire unit with its thermostat on the 2nd floor.

15 min driving to UCLA, 16 min driving to CSUN and 3 min driving to the Galleria in Sherman Oaks. Close to 405 and 101. This area is mainly single house dominant - no street cleaning restriction. The area is a very safe and quiet single house town. This townhouse is well-maintained, built in the late eighties (newer than most in the area). There is a bus stop within a couple of minutes walking distance.

High speed wifi, electricity, water, gas, and disposal are split 1/3. Gated underground garage parking for 2 cars in tandem included (you would get both spots). Wood flooring - no laminate- throughout the house including the room (installed a couple of years ago - some old attached pics here are with carpet).

One room mate is female is a freelance writer in her 30's, who is originally from NY, lives on the 1st floor. Another female in her 20's from Washington DC is on the 3rd floor with a full-time office job. No preference on age/gender/race/origin. This townhouse community, any types of smoking are NOT allowed on the property.

There will be a deposit of one-month rent towards last month + a refundable deposit of $750 upon move-in. The lease term will be a month-to-month (2 months at minimum).
