Lovely master bed/bath in SM w/2 female roommates!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely Santa Monica apartment (second floor unit!) shared with two other girls in their late twenties. The available room is the master bedroom with a balcony, two closets, and a private bathroom incl. shower/bathtub. If you're looking for a space that feels like a studio, but still want a roommate connection and low rent, this space is ideal!! I've lived in this apartment for three years and have loved it. We get a lot of natural light and pretty sunsets from the master view. Great location, less than minutes to the beach, with lots of great markets and restaurants nearby.

About your potential roommates: Both are very tidy, health conscious and super considerate roommates. One is in social work and has the sweetest of old cats, who quietly rules the space. She and I have lived together for almost three years; she takes great care of the space, really making it feel like home, and is very easy to live with. OUr other roommate has been with us for a year and she's bubbly and always on the go! She's a dancer, works full time, and leads an active lifestyle.

They'd like a female roommate, either employed full time or studying, who is clean, easy going and down to shop for plants, go to the beach and chill with some netflix. They'd prefer no pets-- our current cat rules the roost!
