The Apartment - Large top floor 3BR with lots of natural sunlight. Bedroom is also big enough for any sized bed and desk inside, and has its own closet. We have 3 parking spaces in the attached basement garage (no cost). Splitting utilities (just electric & internet), but usually $40-50 per person/month. Also have in-unit laundry (water bill paid by owner), dishwasher, and great internet (400 Mbps). Rent is $1,550 /month.

The Location - The apartment is located on 2nd and California, 1 block from the Beach and 1 block from the 3rd St. Promenade. Walking distance to everything (grocery stores, gyms, mall, movie theaters, train, you name it). 20 mins to LAX. As things open back up, it’s the perfect location to access all the popular restaurants and bars out here. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is quiet and provides a good place to rest, recuperate, study, and work, etc. when needed. This place has all the amenities of living in LA without having to worry about a long commute or much noise/traffic.

The Roommates - Two mid 20's guys who are polite, social, hard-working, and will mostly stay out of your hair. That being said, we're super agreeable, chill friendly guys who would welcome another fun-loving person to join us in our outings. When we are not at work or home, you will most likely find us outdoors, spending time in the sun, working on our businesses or going out with friends.

You - We're looking for a respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent/bills. Perfect for someone professionally-focused. Looking to live with another guy.
