Spacious Master Bedroom w Private Bathroom

Hi everyone! We're looking for either a single or a couple to take over the Master Bedroom in our beautiful, art-filled, great vibes house in Santa Monica! Move-in somewhere between the 15th of August and 1st of September ideally.

House is 3 bd / 2b with a modern kitchen, separate living and dining areas, a fantastic green yard with paved patio dining and a fire-pit, and all placed in a beautiful corner lot on a leafy tree-lines street less than a mile from the beach!

Your room will be the master bedroom! It has its own private en-suite with shower! It also has direct access to the backyard, outdoor dining area and side gate - meaning that when you want it to be self contained from the rest of the house, it really can be! The room (and indeed the home!) would suit either a single occupant or a couple looking to join a social, artistic, respectful, and caring community. My friend Victoria and I are both filmmakers working professionally in the industry. In addition to film we both love music, all things arts related, good food and great conversation and company. We're looking for someone who feels more or less the same :)
