My roommate Aurora and I are looking for a third roommate for the until the end of August. Our most recent tenant has just recently backed out, so looking for a last-minute, short-term lease. We're both mindful and mellow, and looking for someone similar.
We live in a 3 bedrooom/1 bath house in Santa Monica a block away from the local Co-op market, and conveniently right by the expo line. We're also just a mile from third street promenade and the beach.

We have an outdoor patio and a backyard! Large living room with really nice natural light and lots of windows!
Temporary sub-lease, so great for summer internships, vacations, and other summer housing needs.
