- Looking for a no-drama tenant with a full-time job or undergraduate+ academic career reliably affording them about $1,000/month for rent and utilities.

- Trained, well-maintained cats and small pets may be considered. There are already 5 dogs in the house, so no dogs preferred -- however, case by case considerations will be given to well-trained, well-maintained single small dogs.

- Tenant must be LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful of stated boundaries, mental health, laundry schedules (usually based on employment schedules for everyone's convenience), locking of property doors, cleaning communal areas, etc.

- Looking for a tenant to replace one we have moving out (for a total of x4 (min) multi-roommates total.
