Two Bedrooms Available

I am a very easy going and friendly person who gets along with most everyone. I keep my house very neat/tidy and clean. I am looking for someone similar. I want whoever lives with me to feel comfortable and be aware that the living room, dining room and kitchen are shared by us equally. The third bedroom is an office and I would be willing to share that space if needed. The garage has a washer and dryer and I have all the necessary appliances in the kitchen which can be shared. Currently I have two dogs. They stay outside much of the time in the back yard. They are both friendly and excellent guard dogs at the same time. I would (consider) someone with a dog, we would just need to discuss a few things. The house has air conditioning. Plenty of closet space here!
