I have 2 rooms available in a 3 br, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in San Pedro, Ca.

1 br is 12.5 x 10 closet is 12 x 2 $1000/month

1 br is 11? x 9.5? closet is 5 x 2 $1000/month

You will share a full bathroom with the tenant in the other bedroom. There is a half bathroom downstairs for tenants and guests.

Located in the Gardens community of San Pedro. The condominium is 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath. Large living room with modern furnishings. Dining room and kitchen. There is an Apec reverse osmosis water filter system under the sink. The kitchen is well appointed with vitamix, 6 qt instant pot, rice cooker, crockpot, centrifugal juicer, and coffeemaker. You are welcome to use all as long as you clean up afterwards. Brand new LG front loading washer and dryer in the garage.

There is a patio off the kitchen w outdoor seating, dining table, fountain, succulents, and other plants. This is a quiet, peaceful complex with a swimming pool, and tennis courts. There are several beaches nearby: Cabrillo, Redondo, Long Beach, Hermosa, and Manhattan Beach. I? m a psych RN working at Providence San Pedro. I love living here! The landlord is very nice and honest. You will get your deposit back as long as you don? t do any damage. The deposit is $400.

There is garage parking available for one car for an additional $50/month. First come, first served. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking as well. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, full access to the house, kitchen supplies such as detergent, paper towels, cooking oils, condiments, and spices. There will be a housekeeper once a month. Available 8/1.

No smoking including weed. No overnight guests without prior approval.
