We are two creative professionals in our 20s, plus a cat named Prince. We’re both pretty quiet and tend to keep to ourselves but also friendly and down to hang out, have dinner and watch a movie together.

Looking for someone laid-back, friendly, non-smoking, LGBT+ friendly, quiet, respectful, clean and who is following covid precautions. No pets, sorry!

To qualify you will need an income, good credit, pass a background check, sign a year lease and pay a $1,266.67 security deposit ($3800 split three ways).

The monthly costs are:
