Need a quiet room to sleep and a soundproof workplace for job? Welcome short term stay in this private guest suite located in a safe and quiet community.

Guest suite includes one bedroom, private bathroom, and laundry room at the 1st floor of the main house, plus one separate building with home office (now is setting to living room) and cooking area. Both have no access to/from the main house. Guests have own entrance door located on the right side of garage door. Pathway has smart light for lighting at night access. Walk through pathway, there's a patio for guest use.

No need to share with any tenants or owners, you have your own bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, patio, cooking area, and an individual space for entertainment or work. Entertainment room has smart Tv, comfortable sofas, and 2F loft.

Rooms are all fully equipped, also include 200Mbps WiFi and utilities. Although we don't provide garage or driveway parking, it's very easy to find street parking space around the neighborhood. No parking fee at all.
House is located in a very easy to access road, close to public library, schools, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stations, Post Office. It's quiet and safe around the community.

To qualify, you must have income proof, stable job, background check, and agree to house rules. One month deposit is required to sign contract.

This place is not suitable for children under 18 years old. If you cook a lot or like heavy oil cooking, this is not a place your are looking for. I'm looking for future tenants who are quiet, respectful, clean, and don't do weed/drug/alcohol. Maximum for 2 people.

* Bedroom: queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Wardrobe with wire drawers. 3 drawers chest for small items. Desk, desk lamps, extension cord with USB ports, rolling computer chair. Bookshelves. Large mirror. Clothing hanging rack.
* Bathroom: shower area with shower door. Panasonic ventilation fan. Storage shelf, waste basket.
* Laundry room: large capacity washer and dryer. Utility sink, waste basket. Filtration water system. cabinet. Shelves. Folding desk and chair (guest can request to move away).
* Cooking area: microwave, compact oven, induction cooktop, blender, dish drying rack. (cooking pans and utensils, water kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cups and tableware can be provided if request)
* Entertainment room (guest can request setting to office): wifi router, 2 sofa chairs, large desk, smart tv with local channels, Whirlpool refrigerator, A/C (portable heater for winter), large storage 2F loft (lots of shelves and one folding sofa bed).
* Patio: 4 patio chairs set and large patio umbrella.

** All of the space listed above is for guest, no need to share. Utilities are included, Wifi is included, no extra fees.
** No room service or cleaning service for staying.
** Guests need to take out sealed trash to outdoor trash bins by themselves.
** Guests admit to follow house rules, protect all equipment and maintain cleanness.
