3 Rooms in New House for 3 Working Females

5 Bed, 4 bath house on private road in quiet, safe Reseda neighborhood. Lease ends soon, so some people are moving out, but two of us want to stay.. there are two rooms with a shared bathroom in the middle, which will be unfurnished. One room has a separate but private bathroom and is furnished.. the house has a nice garden area and we have a weekly gardener.. there will be two parking spots, one in the garage and one outside. The third spot may be in the guest parking or nearby street. This is a quiet house, no smoking or drugs or loud music and consideration for other people when using the kitchen or laundry. No overnight visitors and very Covid safe. If you are a mature professional woman, who likes her privacy, you will fit in here. We curently have two dogs who will be leaving son and the landlord charges extra deposits and monthly rent for animals, so it’s best you don’t have any, but like them in case one of us decides to get a dog perhaps! The two adjoins rooms will be available on August 1st, the other room is actually available now. Prefer at least a 6 month commitment and references and proof of income will be required.
