Room available in a large condo in North Redondo Beach! The condo features a large kitchen with side bar area, backyard, large living room, washer & dryer, and fireplace.

All 3 bedrooms are located within the upper level and downstairs are all shared common areas accommodating all tenants.

Complimentary Utilities: Internet, Sirius XM, Dish Network (upstairs in the room, should you have your own TV).

Things to note:

--Upstairs bathroom is shared with one other tenant (me, but there is also a separate half bathroom downstairs in the common areas.)

--Electricity, water, and gas utilities are split between all 3 roommates.

--Parking is street only but always has plenty of availability.

--Backyard renovation(s) are in planning stages but should you move in, you can help be a part of it!

--The bedroom being offered has furniture already inside as it's currently being used as a temporary office. Some of these items can be additionally included, should the new roommate be interested.

--Asking for $1,100 per month with $1,500 deposit. It will be on a month to month rental basis.

Finally: This is a really safe, quiet, and walkable neighborhood, even at night. Roommates feature two guys in their 30s who primarily work from home. Walking to either Redondo or Hermosa Pier(s) takes about 25 minutes & the area is also great for biking.
