1 very spacious bedroom available in a 2 bd 1.5 bath townhome. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which are divided by the full bathroom upstairs. The bedroom has a very large closet too!
The location is super close to the freeway and a 10 minute drive to Manhattan and Hermosa Beach.
Rent Includes 1 parking spot in a private 2 car garage with storage.
Shared living space, including Patio with fire pit and Bbq. The entire place minus the bedroom is furnished and decorated including most appliancesg and kitchenware. However, I am open and willing to make space for my roommates belongings of course. :)

My name is Jennifer, I am looking for one awesome roommate.
I am originally from Portland. I lived in SD for over 10 years and mostly recently in LA for almost 5 years. I'd say I am pretty down to earth, Friendly and like to have fun. I don't do drugs or Smoke. I have a Full time 9-5 job. For fun I like to grab happy hour with my girlfriends, have movie/netflix nights, Explore new places, travel, Go to the beach, bake, Pilates, Aerial yoga, and I like to dance.
I am a stable and responsible roommate and I like my place to stay very clean.
I do have an amazing furry friend. He is a 15 year old Cat (thinks he's a dog sometimes ;) He is super friendly, mellow and house trained of course. (sadly no other pets can be added at this time. )

Disclaimer; the kitchen is very small, typically one person can be in at once. It’s best if you aren’t a chef ; )

My ideal roommate is someone who is super clean ( is willing to share cleaning duties between monthly house cleaning and cleans up after themselves.) looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and belongings in the household. Someone who is considerate, nice and responsible and is a good communicator. I would like someone that I can get along with, who doesn't do drugs (No 420) or smoke.

Utilities run between $100 to $150 a month each
