Room in Redondo Beach Apartment Available 1/1/19

Hi, my roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I have an open bedroom available in a 2 bed 1 bath starting January 1st. Nice sized room in South Redondo, carpeted floors, big closet, walking distance to the beach and Redondo Pier and conveniently located from shops (Whole Foods is across the street), restaurants, etc. Apartment is furnished with some room for more (one more couch or chair would probably fit), the bedroom will be unfurnished. Total rent for the unit is $2000 a month, you'd be paying $1000 for one bedroom, a $1000 deposit prior to move in (one month?s rent) and $35 for a credit check. There is plenty of street parking available (no parking pass required) but you can pay an additional $100 for a spot. Trash and water are included, we will split internet and electricity (~$50/month each).

I'm Duyen, 28 (female), work as an analyst for a health care insurance company. Post-work I?m usually cooking dinner, meeting up with friends, at the gym or on a bike ride to the beach, or indulging in some Netflix. I am outgoing and like going out but also prefer to be able to be at home and just relax. Looking for someone similar in age (mid-20s to 30s) who keeps the vibe at home low-key and friendly but still reasonable, clean, respectful?the usual asks, basically just please be a normal adult :)
