Room in Redondo just steps from the beach!

I have a beautiful and recently upgraded (new fixtures) and painted room in move-in condition in South Redondo just steps away from the beach and pier! The room is in a two-bedroom three-level townhouse in a small complex. I'm a down-to-earth and often traveling professional photographer in my 40s native to the South Bay and looking for another professional to rent the room who is responsible and easy to get along with. The unit is fully furnished except for the second bedroom and has a washer/dryer and its own garage that will be shared. I prefer a roommate who has a medium to small size car as parking is rather tight. The unit also has a third guest bathroom and a beautiful outdoor deck with view of Veteran's Park and the ocean. All utilities (except water and trash) and house cleaning expenses will be shared. I prefer a minimum one-year lease with option to go month-to-month afterwards.
