Hi Everyone! Sadly our roommate is relocating so we are looking for an awesome replacement in our 3 bed 1.5 bath unit, that is a mile and half from the beach!

We are centrally located to the 405, 105 and 110 freeways, and close proximity to LAX (15 minutes)

Looking for a roommate in the mid-late 20?s early 30?s. Female roommate preferred. Working professional. Current roommates are both female, late 20?s, and both work in downtown, one in LA in sports (sometimes scores free tickets!). Looking for similar people that are generally pretty chill during the week, clean, responsible, down for for Netflix/wine nights and outdoor activities on the weekends. Likes to go out and be social on the weekends, but prefers not to bring the party home.

Rent: $875 + utilities
Deposit: $667

Unit comes with large two car garage with lots of storage and two parking spots in front of garage, with lots of street parking (never a problem). Unit includes washer/dryer, backyard with fruitful lemon tree and small patio for BBQ or small furniture set (bonus points if you have one).
