You are renting the master suite in a 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhouse. Your bedroom is large 14x20 and includes a silent ceiling fan (DC motor), Mounted on wall flat screen TV, DVD player, desk and dresser. A king size bed is available along with linens for bed/bath. The closet has organizers and mirrored doors. Blackout curtains are also installed. Bathroom has sepacrate soaking tub and shower with 2 sinks. Your bedroom opens up to a patio with table and chairs along with a gas BBQ for your use.

There is a cat in home. Upstairs is a shared kitchen, living room with TV, DVD and dining room and ? bath. Dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils provided. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, one that is rented and the bath downstairs is used by this tenant. Laundry is in the garage and is shared. There is a cleaning service every other week, that cleans the bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and flooring. There are hard wood floors throughout the upstairs. Water spilt on the flooring needs to be wiped up.

There is a garage space included but, an F150 truck, Land Rover, Large SUV will not fit and only street parking will be available. If you have small vehicles you may park one inside the garage and one in front of the garage.

Internet/wifi and cable TV are included along with gas, water, and electricity. Try your green thumb at container gardening of vegetables & plants if you like as well. This is a Non-Smoking (inside/outside) 3-on a lot townhome property.
