Looking for a healthy and friendly roommate
I am a single mom living with my 7 year old daughter. We live an extremely healthy, holistic, and artistic lifestyle and we have 2 sweet dogs. I am a professional strength coach and own a training facility. I do leave town often and will offer a break in the rent for dog sitting. The house is in a safe neighborhood and a 5 min drive to the ocean. We're looking for a quiet and pleasant female roommate who likes dogs and children. With that being said, my daughter understands the boundaries of having a roommate and is respectful of that space when necessary. The room is on the opposite side of the house as our rooms and and actually already has a very comfortable queen size bed in it. It also has a private bathroom and a washer and dryer.
