Looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse.

Spacious unfurnished private master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, sitting area, walk in closet and double sink bathroom with spa tub and separate glass shower. Upstairs has a large den, washer/dryer, fireplace and 3 bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms. Downstairs has a family room with fireplace and 1/2 bath as well as dining area and kitchen with private patio and BBQ. Amenities include refrigerator, gas stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Central heat and 3 fireplaces, 2 car garage, plus 2 parking spots to share, easy street parking as well.

You will have two roommates, we are in our mid 20's and looking for someone that's easy going, fun and responsible. Must be clean and considerate of others and our common areas. Should be a non smoker and cat friendly. We share all utilities and have a cat, unfortunately no more pets allowed.
This Unfurnished bedroom is larger than most studio apartments!
Centrally located near beaches, freeway and LAX.
Please do not disturb tenants. Credit Check $20 and Security deposit is $1500 to be handled by the landlord.
