2 B, 2Ba Ocean View, top & bottom level terrace/balcony, 2nd floor, upscale location, we both should disclose with one another via pay-stubs our stable current work situations & ability to pay our rents, I am paying (and will continue to pay) bulk of rental amount since I'm already here & the place is in my name. You should be willing to have name added to the lease for obvious reasons & they will BG check you as they've done with me & all tenants.

Your room is not furnished,. I'm gone a lot during week days & occasionally work from home. Weekends I'm also frequently gone during day & sometimes into evening. Perhaps 25% of the time I am found @ home during days mostly reading or computing. I sometimes arrive home late evening. full-time professionally employed also operating small start up business, & a part time grad student @ University. Little or no time remains for socializing on my end so on the less talkative side.

Always pleasant , courteous, respectful, considerate, cheerful, and into managing all my tasks. Enjoy peace & quiet so no loud music or high volume TV. Actually, I never hear loud noises generally speaking in the complex so most tenants appear to be much like me. There is additional space for furniture in living room if you like.

Existing roommate has moved on as scheduled from the outset so no drama there. I have little free time to schedule a relocation to smaller place so trying to advertise here 1st.

There is an ocean view from both ( top and bottom) deck/balcony locations. Nice beach park & fairly secluded beach access, just across the street.

Huge complex but very quiet location low traffic. Little to zero noise can be heard in the courtyards. No shops or stores in immediate walking distance so need reliable car for transportation.
