Looking for couple to room with us
My girlfriend and I have been looking to rent a home in the Palos Verdes area (RPV, RH or PVE). We have our sights on a few 4 bedroom places and need help with the rent. We are a couple with good jobs and may even purchase the place down the line when finances get better. We are asking for a couple, age does not matter who would like to try renting with us. We will start with a 1 year lease and see where it goes. We will need references.
I personally live in RPV now and work in Los Angeles. She works in Irvine.
My suggestion is that we meet and discuss it.
The pictures are of one of the homes we really like and is available now.
As a ball park, we are expecting the couple to pay about $1500 or so per month for their room and access to most of the house. You will also have a $1500 deposit. We can discuss you having another bedroom as an office or extra room.
We are looking at homes that range from $3200 to $5000 per month.
If this is something you believe you can do within the next month or two contact me.
