Pet Friendly Sublet in the Heart of Silicon Beach

Enjoy resort style living at the gateway to Silicon Beach! I have a private room available immediately at Fountain Park Apartments and will be available for the summer. The room comes with its own bathroom and ample closet space.

First, a few pecuniary details. The deposit is $800. If you have a pet, there is an extra $100 added to the security deposit. The utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewage and trash) typically come out to $120-$130 per person. It includes cable and gigabit Internet. I would prorate the move-in fee depending upon the date that you actually move in. The building is very pet friendly. The room can come partially furnished or unfurnished.

Here is some info about the apartment. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The living room and bathrooms have hardwood floors while the room is carpeted. The balcony itself is home to a gas grill and is home to my burgeoning herb garden. The kitchen comes with a breakfast nook and modern appliances. During this pandemic, I've become quite the gourmand and enjoy cooking on a regular basis. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is right next to the stairs for easy access. The parking space is right next to the elevator as well. The apartment has central air conditioning and I have a UV air filter for the common areas.

The apartment complex is called Fountain Park. There is a pet friendly park directly in front of the building (hence the eponymous Fountain Park). The back of the building leads directly to Ballona Creek that has a bike path that goes all the way to the ocean. The complex is across the street from the Ballona Wetlands. The location is perfect for outdoor fitness buffs, beach bums and nature lovers alike There is private, gated underground parking and your spot would be right next to the elevator. There is a mail room that contains package lockers if you so desire. There is on-site 24 hour security.

Amenities in the building have been reopened. They include two swimming pools, a hot tub, 24 hour gym, a game/party room and a business center/study area with a conference room that can be reserved.

I'm a male freelance designer and software engineer generally pretty agreeable with a good sense of humor. I have a laid back attitude, am generally agreeable and get along with all types of people since I have a live and let live attitude. I am tidy but not OCD about the state of the apartment, as long as the common areas are kept neat and hygenic I work remotely, but I often spend that time outside of the apartment. You'd also be sharing the apartment with my 8 month old puppy, Sixx! I'm open to living with anyone as long as they can clean their own dishes :)
