Roomy condo in a great location

I am looking for someone to help with the mortgage on a three bedroom two bathroom condo. You would have plenty of space, your own bedroom and bathroom, plus a shared kitchen, living room and guest bedroom. I would be willing to consider a couple for $1,800 a month.

The apartment is within walking distance from the beach, a five minute drive to LAX. and a short commute to anywhere in the Silicon Beach area. The condo complex has a gym, two pools, a sauna, tennis courts and a clubhouse.

I work in video game development and tend to work long hours. I am pretty quiet, laid back and nerdy. I love board games and good food. I'm a practicing Catholic and a live and let live sort of person . I do have a cat, and the HOA does not allow more pets, unfortunately.

I've usually lived with roommates and have gotten along really well with all but one, and that one unfortunately involved severe alcohol abuse on her part. I'd be happy to provide references on request.
