1 private bed + bath (furnished)

This is a private bedroom and private bathroom for rent for 1 only. It’s located in a gated community with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Parking is available on the streets outside the gate. It’s furnished with a full sized bed, mirrored closet, two night stands, and an armoire. Plenty of storage space. It also features a TV. You will have full access to kitchen, laundry, and living room. Must be clean, and clean your own room weekly. Must be respectful and clean up after yourself in shared spaces. Rent and utilities + WIFI are included at $1100/month. Deposit is $1000.

You will be living with me (hybrid schedule) and another roommate who works at home. We all keep to ourselves. You will also be living with two friendly cats.

I will check background and credit check. Must also provide last two check stubs. If you are ok with this, then message me that you are ok with submitting background, income, credit check and answer the following questions:
