Room for Rent Near PCC in Chill Area

I have a one-bedroom available in a 3 bedroom home in Pasadena available to rent starting July 1st. It is down the street from PCC in a calm neighborhood that is also a walk away from the Gold Line. It comes with a parking spot and in-house laundry. The house has 1 1/2 bathrooms that we would share amongst the 3 of us. The room has a long closet that has a space for storage as well as good natural light in the room during the day. It shares a wall with the other bedroom as well as the kitchen. Rent would be 900 monthly along with utilities (trash, internet, power, gas) which we split except for water(landlord pays).

Power/trash: $40-100 every other month
Internet:$26 per month
Gas:$5 in the summer and up to $75 in the winter

Looking for a considerate, clean, responsible housemate with a steady income. No pets(gonna have a cat soon, so must be okay with that), 420 friendly, and no overnight guests unless talked about first. Common spaces are the living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard. If you enjoy cooking feel free(just clean up afterwards) or if you like to garden the back space is open for the taking.

I am a laidback full-time worker that enjoys watching movies, reading, sitting outside, hosting, and tending to the house. I work in the TV industry in hybrid/in-office jobs depending on the season as well as Trader Joe's. The other housemate is a student at Long Beach who also works at Trader Joe's. She trains and goes to the gym often, so she wouldn't be around much, she's the one you'd share the wall with. We're both in our mid 20`s and down to be friends but also respect if you enjoy keeping to yourself.

Current photos show old housemates' setup, once they move out we will replace the furniture. The room itself will be unfurnished.
