Private Room w/ Bathroom Near Caltech

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Pasadena and am looking for someone to take the second room. I’m hoping for someone who genuinely enjoys the idea of living with someone, and is also, you know, an adult about housemate things.

The location is amazing - right on a peaceful, green street, but easy walking distance to both the Lake Ave shopping center and also Caltech.

I am a very easy-going and friendly guy who enjoys games, playing music, finding new restaurants, and honest conversations. If you think we might get along, reach out!

I also have a dog who is very sweet and mellow. I know several people who don’t generally like dogs who love her. Unfortunately if you have a cat that’s a definite no. 😕 If you also have a dog, let’s talk! She can get along with other dogs, but it takes work.
