Bedroom and Office for Rent in Cute Pasadena

My roommate just moved out and I am looking to rent out half of my house. Here is some info about me and the rental:
-Intended for 1 person
-$1200 security deposit due prior to move-in
-Last 3 paystubs and a credit check required for application process
-Comes with a bedroom and a smaller room that my previous roommate used as an office
-Shared bathroom
-Room can come unfurnished or semi-furnished (There is a twin bed and a desk in the bedroom currently)
-Washer and dryer in the house
-Extra storage shed outside to share with me (although I have yet to put anything in there)
-Utilities included (electricity, gas, water, trash collection)
-Separate entrance from my entrance
-Full kitchen
-Beautiful property and views
-Driveway parking spot
-Month-to-month lease

About me: I am professional, female, quiet, hard-working and courteous. There are no animals living here now but I may adopt a cat this summer. I work a lot and spend my time at home in my wing of the house so you would have a lot of privacy.

In consideration of the pandemic, initial tours will be conducted via Zoom/Facetime. If you are interested after that, an in-person tour can be scheduled.
