This is a 2 bed 11/2 bath apartment complex on lake ave in Pasadena ca. Water and trash are included. Gas is monthly and electric is every other month. There is a washer and dryer in the back for the whole complex. Electric, and gas fluctuate depending on usage. I am looking for a reliable person that can pay their rent on time and keep things clean. It is up the street from old town pasadena. Pets are allowed but they need to be certified as a service dog. Also my landlord is a stickler for credit so if you try to rent your credit needs to be 700 or higher. I hope everyone is safe. Thank you.
