Roommate Search

I live in a 2 bed 11/2 bath apartment complex. Water and trash are included with rent, electricity is every month, and gas is every other month. I have never had to pay too much for electricity or gas. There is a washer and dryer in the back that takes quarters. My friends are moving out on September 1st and I am looking to find a roommate, preferably from the ages 23-50, that is clean and friendly. The living room is very spacious, the kitchen is small and opens up to the livingroom. The entire apartment complex is located in the middle of lake ave which tends to be a busy street but, apartment 3 is in the back so it is not noisy. The location is great because it is close to everything on Colorado Blvd with a bus stop readily available if you don't have a car. There is one parking space available.
