Hello! My name is Julia and I've been living in Pasadena since April 2018. I work for a public accounting firm, and my main client is in Pasadena. I am also studying for my cpa exams outside of full-time working ,so I'm very much in student mode still. I am open to both gender roommates, professional or students.
I'm relatively clean and quiet, and I'm hoping the same for my future roommate. I have a pet bunny that basically keeps to itself, but due to the nature of a bunny- I am not accepting any other animals in the apartment.
My roommate moves out in end of May/ Beg of June 2019, so I'm looking for someone to replace him immediately. I am looking for you to sign a new lease with me, and split the utilities 50/50- which range $40-$80 each month depending on electricity use.
My apartment has nice wood floors, a beautiful kitchen and balcony. We are walking distance to Lake avenue which has shopping and restaurants, and Colorado. We are also very close to PCC and Caltech. Metro is just a few miles away.
