Room for rent/Shared bath in 3BR gated townhouse

I own a 3BR/1.5BA townhouse in Pasadena, one block north of the 134 and 5 min from Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl. I am looking to rent a private bedroom (apprx 10x10) with a shared bathroom. There is a bonus sink area that would be exclusively for your use. There is a 2-car garage that we would share and the house is fully-furnished. I do have extra furniture that you're welcome to use (full-size bed, queen-size bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, 2 Kallax shelves, 32" TV) in the bedroom or you can furnish it yourself.

The unit is in a gated community with access to a community pool and is also across the street from a park. In addition, there is a front patio and a private back patio that can be used for entertaining. The room will be available August 1st. I'm open to 6 month or longer lease types.

I'm asking $1550 to share my home and this is including all utilities (water, trash, electricity, gas, Spectrum cable with DVR in living room, WiFi, Netflix, and biweekly house cleaning)

About me: I'm a 33 year old straight female, a graduate of USC, and a construction management professional. I work in DTLA and my job is a semi-typical 8-5 but some days extend longer so I'm not home too often. I keep a busy schedule filled with family activities, brunches with friends, Dodger games, tailgates in the fall, and I travel when I'm able. I'm into sports, hosting game nights, trying to cook, watching "This is Us" and "The Walking Dead" and lots of shows in between.

About you: Young professional preferred. I'm looking for somebody clean and friendly, who will be respectful of my home. It would be great to have some things in common so that we could hang out and enjoy each other's company. I'd prefer somebody who would not have regular overnight visitors and somebody who does not work from home.
