France and we are looking for someone (preferably female identifying) to take over her spot in a 2B2B apartment in the La Brea/ Miracle Mile area! You will have your own bedroom and bathroom !!!!
The apartment is bright all day long, spacious, furnished (we have a bed frame for you if needed), has washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, tv, etc…
Walking distance from Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Target, The Grove, Ross, LACMA, so many places to eat and there is two parks 5min away.
It’s ten minutes away from Sunset, Melrose, Hollywood, Weho, Beverly hills, Ktown, and less than 20 minutes aways from DTLA, Culver City, Westwood, etc…
easy access to public transit (metro 16/17, 212, 720 and 20, 217, 780)
You will be sharing the apartment with me and one other girl. We are always down for a movie and wine night or going out. We are really It’s a really chill and nice environment that we have created! 😊 Plus it always smells good because we love candles!!
We’re looking for someone nice, respectful, clean and friendly.
