I am looking for a roommate to move in by JULY 1ST! All gender, race & sexualities welcome! Must be someone who is highly responsible, respectful & does not have any type of substance abuse issues. NO DRAMA WHATSOEVER. Must be vaccinated & provide proof!!!

* 1 year lease (really hoping to find someone that would like to stay for at least a few years!)

Note: aside from the bedroom you would be moving into, the rest of the apartment is FULLY furnished! This is an ideal situation for someone who only cares about furnishing a bedroom. You are more than welcome to re-paint & customize the bedroom & private bathroom however you would like! You are also absolutely more than welcome to utilize anything in the apartment as long as you are respectful of my things. :)

A little about me:
I grew up in Pittsburgh & Boston! I am a total neat-freak so looking for someone who lives extremely clean! I am a professional touring & studio musician as well as a full-time actor so my schedule is never consistent & I work all kinds of hours. Sometimes I am gone for a few days to a few weeks at a time & other times I am home consistently for longer amounts of time. Privacy is very important to me but I also love having roommate hangout time & of course I do hope that we can become close friends! :) The apartment is pet-friendly however I do have 3 cats & that is the maximum of what is allowed but reptiles, fish tanks & other small caged animals are welcome! Regarding my cats, they are extremely well trained, very social & very friendly! The best part is there are no litter boxes in the apartment as the cats have a full patio (cat-io) to themselves! Regarding myself, yes I am a musician but I assure you I am not loud! I do most of my work at my studio down the street. To be very up front with you this is NOT a party apartment! I repeat, NOT a party apartment & not a place for large social gatherings. I of course have no issue with one or two people coming over occasionally but again I personally live extremely privately.
