You'd be sharing a bathroom with Damilya (female) who is very sweet, quiet and into meditation. Mina (female), the owner, is currently in the other room, is obsessed with health, nature, chocolate and also meditation (but will be subletting my room starting in October). We are both in our early 40’s - quiet, uber clean, conscientious and looking for the same to create a peaceful home.

* We like to keep the house organized and clean. Our ideal roommate will be similar - quiet, clean, organized, conscientious with a full-time job.

* Please treat my home like your home 😊 This is a closed, gated community of mainly home-owners with young children so this is definitely not for loud music/parties etc.

* Also for co-living, we expect maturity, open communication and for everyone to equally pitch in to keep the common areas clean…let’s just say as OCD clean as possible ;)

* The apartment is an upper floor unit in a 2-story building. The kitchen, porch and living room are the common areas. It has hardwood floors (so we have to walk with a soft step for the people downstairs) and is generally breezy/cool in the summer since it is in the trees. Its a very quiet hideaway with lush vegetation and two pools in a gated community. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean while also having easy access to the 405 and 10.

* First month rent plus $1275 deposit, due prior to move in. I will request credit score, last 2 pay stubs and references. Deposit returned within 30 days of moving out, just deep clean the room as you received it, no holes in walls please.
