Private Room/Shared Bath Available

Hi! We’re looking for a third roommate for our Palms apartment. (Closest big cross-streets are Venice & Sepulveda.)

About the Apartment/Area:
- Three-bedroom apartment with a big living room, “cozy” kitchen (it could be better but we make it work on a daily basis), and private back patio.
- Washer/Dryer: In-Unit
- Utilities average ~ $100-150/month
- Parking: 2 tandem + LOTS of street parking
- Other stuff: central heat, A/C unit, dishwasher!
- Neighborhood: Pretty quiet, very walkable, lots of restaurants, bars, shops, gyms, etc.
- We’re furnished and won’t need much in the shared space areas.
- VERY good landlord. Quick responses and respectful.

About the Room:
- 12’ x 14’
- Closet with full mirror doors
- Room for queen bed + desk/dresser
- Screen door that opens up to the back patio (where the W/D are)
- Unattached shared bathroom (with Delaney) with shower/tub (and a bidet!)

About the Roommates:
- Names: Delaney (30) and Genevieve (32) (D has lived here 2 years, G moved in a year ago at the beginning of quarantine - she’s real brave.)
- Why we need a roommate: Our roommate is leaving us to explore the country in a van with her mom, who just kicked cancer’s butt. We’re distraught she’s leaving but very excited for her. Fun fact: We were all strangers prior to moving in together and have never gotten in an argument.
- We like to cook. A lot. Big family meals are highly encouraged.
- 4/20 friendly (which leads to the above statement)
Both of us do tech-adjacent jobs so we’re WFH at the moment and could possibly be going back to an office once the world stops… being awful

TBH, we’re very chill. I hate that word, but we’re a “smoke, eat, play games, watch Drag Race or Hell’s Kitchen, and it's okay if you leave the dishes in the sink overnight” kind of household and we’re looking for someone to match that ~energy~. Also, the room we’re looking to fill IS the gateway to the laundry in our place, so we will have to walk through your room on occasion.
