Hi everyone! I'm looking for a nonsmoker male to fill my spot in a month-to-month 2 bed/2 bathroom townhouse style apartment near intersection of National & Bagley starting February 1. You will be living with a 26 year old who is tidy, respectful and COVID-safe. The apartment is within walking distance to downtown Culver City and a short drive to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Century City. No pets allowed unfortunately.

Apartment details:

-Tandem parking for 2 cars.
-Coin operated washer and dryer on site.
-Kitchen has fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave.
-Living room and kitchen is currently furnished with roommate's furniture/silverware.
-Includes heating, downstairs AC and ceiling fan in bedrooms.
-Bedroom (shown in pictures) will be completely unfurnished and is larger than it appears.

Your share of rent for the apartment will be $1,207.71 per month (includes water and trash) plus utilities including electricity every 2 months, renter's insurance and monthly internet which amounts to an additional ~$50. You will also need to contribute to half of the total security deposit and one month's rent upon moving in.
