Studio 1250 Palms

1250$ bachelor studio with parking spot. or maybe less if you negotiate landlord. Dec 1 move in. Maybe couple dayes /week earlier if needed.

Don?t want to give up this studio tbh but I will be moving back home.

It?s in palms neighborhood. Easy walk to culver subway station and downtown Culver City which is poppin. If I have to move back to LA I?ll prolly move in this area again. Very safe and perfect location. Easy access to 405 and approximity to DTLA, Ktwon, Malibu, the hills Santa Monica, playa vista etc it?s really just a great location with restaurants and coffee. Huuuge closet

Bachelors studio so no kitchen but fridge and microwave. I used a hot plate from ikea to cook so no prob for me. Manager lives next door and is super cool and nice. Laundrey in the building for like 4$ total for washing and drying. Clean as well. Also you have a parking spot too! Hard to find something like this in LA.

The only stipulation since I?m moving I rather just sell all of my stuff. Bed, tv, ac, bathroom furniture, shelves, desk, dining table, etc. mostly from ikea. total will be 1400$ but you will be be ready to live in the place withought having to go or build ikea stuff haha. Includes a 500$ AC which is freaking amazing and 200$ 40inch tv
