Bedroom is 18x13 with a built-in bookshelf and small desk. There are three banks of cabinets, a double and single closet. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. Window overlooks street and balcony. Not a "view" but better than just another building.

Apartment faces southeast so morning sun and shade in the afternoon. Balcony is narrow, but large running the entire length of the apartment. Laundry room and elevator are right next to the front door, which is convenient though sometimes noisy.

There is a heated pool on the opposite side of the building as well as a decent fitness center and barbecue area. Parking is easy during the day and not terrible at night. Neighborhood is very safe at any time.
