I have a room opening up on February 1st (or earlier) in an apartment in Palms near Culver City. The room has a personal bathroom and a walk in closet. The roommates are super friendly and respectful; they typically keep to themselves, but are also sociable and genuinely cool people. There is rooftop access, washer/dryer in the building, and it is walking distance to Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and other great restaurants. Although it is a month to month lease, we prefer someone to stay for at least 6 months. You must be clean and reliable. There is an application fee of $30 and a credit check.
