The house is 5 minutes walk to metro rail and good bus connections and within 2 miles to Sony Studio and many great restaurants in downtown Culver City.
I would prefer a female/roommate - who works or go to school outside home and keeps a clean kitchen and common areas.
Please no drugs, no smoking or heavy drinking, or drama. No pets ( I am allergic to pets ) common curtesy protocol ( to follow ) and a good sense of humor required.
