Room for Rent

My husband and I are currently looking for a new roommate. We have one dog and two children. We are looking for someone who sticks to themselves, we don’t mind joining us for dinner or something. We want no drama, no relationship drama etc. Been through it and don’t need it again. We both work, but my husband works from home. Our children are our main priority. They are kids, rambunctious. They love to run around, play etc. We want someone who doesn’t mind that. The room we are offering is close to the garage, so it’s not to close to the living room. We prefer someone who works during the day and not at nights. I vacuum multiple times a day. You will have full access to the kitchen., fridge. You may put a mini fridge in the room if you would like. The bathroom is in the hallway, we do sometimes have guests, so they will use it. The hallway is blocked off by a baby gate, so you will have privacy most the time. The washer and dryer are by the garage also. Bills are included in rent.
