Rent is $675 per month, $750 Security deposit, 1/2 of electric, propane, Internet, cable plus $22 for monthly house cleaning, year lease. What you get is 2 small bedrooms, private bath (at one end of the house), 1/2 of garage and you would share the living room, kitchen, dining room (which I have furnished). The house is located on the border of West Palmdale and Quartz Hill, in a small private equestrian/farm/rural community. The house has a large front yard and a small back yard. The house is located on 2.75 acres approximately, which is divided in two. One side of the property has the house, and the other side of the property the owners have about 22 sheep, a sheep dog and an organic garden.

I am looking for someone, who does not smoke, no drugs, no heavy drinking, someone who is respectful/considerate, calm/peaceful, quiet, no chaos, someone who is responsible, pays bills and rent on time, and no pets.

I do not smoke, only drink alcohol on average 2 to 3 times a year, and no pets. I am calm, respectful, considerate and eclectic. I am semi-retired and work part time from home. I have lived here for 17 months.
