Private Studio

My boyfriend and I live in a 3rd/2ba house and we're looking to rent out our master bedroom. You'll have a self-contained studio, with private entry( through backyard), bathroom, closet, and it's own kitchenette. Currently, the kitchenette is under construction, but the photo shows the type of kitchnette that will be installed by move in date. Kitchenette will come with refrigerator, electric table-top stove, and sink. There's street parking in front of the house and a park in the neighborhood (1 min away). Ideal roommate is clean, respectful, doesn't party, and has few guests over. Quiet hours are after 10:30 pm daily. I keep the house and yard tidy. I have pets but I only let them out to play on the weekends (1 small dog and a few cats) in the backyard. While you will not interact with my pets (unless you're in the backyard), this is not a place for you if you're afraid or hate animals, because you'll hear them play or bark occasionally. I'm sensitive to smell so I ask that my roommate doesn't cook big dishes after 9pm. House has cameras on the outside for safety. House is minutes from Cerritos College, Green Metro Line, and grocery stores.

Monthly rent is $900 for 1 person but $1000 for one couple.
