House to share -Room and Private Bath

Room available in house with private bath. House is boarder Granada Hills and Northridge by the 118 Freeway & Reseda with easy access to the 118 and a few miles from Northridge Cal State.

I am looking for a roommate who is professional, drama free, and is financially stable looking for a nice quite environment without multiple people and a revolving door at all hours. I am a straight male and a pretty easy going person. I don't get into other people?s business and can be a friend when needed. I have no drama in my life and hopefully you don?t either.

This is a 3 bedroom house to share with pool, living room, den, yard and kitchen all shared. Cook all you want. There are 2 Refrigerator?s plus plenty of kitchen cabinet space. Parking is off street secured with a compound solid electric gate for parking. Gate opener is provided. There is an extra large desk available in den if you need. Room is unfurnished.

Washer / dryer, Wi-Fi, utilities, Cable included

I may consider a pet but currently I have 2 dogs that are friendly to other dogs, large and small and very quite. I take them to the dog beach with no issues. If you have a dog, tell me about your dog and I will consider. Aggressive dogs will not work. There is a doggie door and yard is fenced off so they are in and out when they want.

Rent is 900 per month with a 500 dollar security deposit. Prior rental history, reference and proof of employment requested.
