Private Bedroom & Bathroom Available in 2 Bed Unit

Hello!

Looking to find a cool person to take the other bedroom/bathroom in a 2 bedroom space. Kitchen is already stocked and functional, with fridge and dishwasher. Dining area with seating. Living room area with couch. Hardwood floors. Carpeted bedrooms. Balcony. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of apartment. Your room already has some furniture left from my old roomie, we can either have her take it or you can purchase from her. No pets. Tandem parking but I don’t have a car so not too big of an issue! Also there’s a pool and two separate spacious laundry rooms.

Very close to Ralph’s, CVS, big park, and plenty of cool Arts District things, like walking distance. 5-15 drive to anything of note.

I’m a 30yo working in media/education. I work from home but would take calls etc in my room if I happen to be in the shared areas. Pescatarian myself; your body your choice. Into film, the arts, psychology, mildly outdoorsy, things that are funny.

Looking for someone who checks the roommate boxes (neat, tidy, chill, responsible). Woo!
