Unfurnished 176 sq. ft room for rent in North Hollywood/Burbank Adjacent top corner condo unit! Close to Burbank Airport, fwys, shopping plazas and studios.

Monthly rent: $1,080.00 (3 month lease minimum agreement) plus $300 refundable first month deposit to be paid at time of move-in includes:

-Shared Utilities (Gas, water/trash/power/WIFI) -Kitchen privileges -1 carport parking space. Plus plenty of visitor and street parking. -Private bathroom. -Pool and Hot tub on-site

What I’m looking for: A female or male professional who works full-time (outside from home preferably). Who cleans up after themselves, is respectful of other people’s property, is easy-going, and pays their bills on time! Must show 2 working and 2 personal references. At least 2 months of paycheck stubs. Valid Driver’s Licence/ ID. And social media handle would be helpful as well (IG, Fb, etc.)

Sorry, no couples (single occupancy only), no frequent overnight guests (Especially during the pandemic, I would prefer not having more than one guest at this time) , no smoking cigarettes, no hard drugs/heavy drinking, and no pets or emotional support animals please.
I'm the owner of this property and just put in new floors, so would like to keep them in great shape for as long as possible :)

About me:
I’m a working professional in the animation industry. I’m currently working from home due to the pandemic. So I would greatly appreciate someone who would be considerate and not be noisy while I work during the day and evenings sometimes (If you happen to work from home).

There are no other people other than myself that live in the property. I'm strict with covid guidelines, so the only guests that do visit me are maybe 1-2 friends every couple of months or my partner. To save money on a cleaning service, I usually clean the place once a week, and this includes allowing me to mop and sweep the floors of the rented room and bathroom; and doing a deep clean of the bathroom which I don't mind doing. I'm very respectful of one's privacy and belongings, so I will give notice before I commence housekeeping.
